you obviously can't discern the reasonings behind certain beans. Yankees Red Sox bad blood goes beyond a simple bat flip. Learn reading comprehension. That fight was brewing all series And continued into the following seasons. Varitek vs Arod as exhibit A.

Baseball 162 games a year not including the playoffs. I want days off. Baseball there's no time limit. You can play 17 innings.. Hell naw.. There's overtime in every sport but it's easier to get the game over.. Baseball is boring.. No slam dunks, no hard hits..

If you're talking as a player, why would you care? When you play sports, you're pretty much either in the clubhouse or a film room no matter what sport you play. All you'd be hoping for is some extra sleep during the season.

If you're talking as a fan, I can tell you from watching my pops when he was laid up in the hospital, having games every day is awesome. Baseball is like a companion. It's there every day for you. When you ain't got shyt else, it'll always be there. Even if you miss days, it's not gonna be hard to stay abreast of what's happening.

That rivalry has always been there and it's not the only one, but there's fights that pop off simply cuz dudes don't fukk with each other (Javy Baez vs. Amir Garrett). Plenty of fights over dumb shyt back in the day too.

MLB has been trying to attract and groom AA talent for decades.

Article is trying to simplify it as if Black ball players are all naturally flamboyant, and were run out of/discouraged from the game because of old school mentalities.

Baseball is ingrained in the cultures of the international Black players who make it to MLB level. Everybody plays, including the best athletes. PR, DR, Cuba, Panama, etc.

Not like that here, and the best athletes play football and basketball.

MLB aint really trying to get AA players like that.... cost to much and international players are cheaper overall...... HOWEVER, if that want the sport to jump back they gon have to start pumping money in the hood to subsidize lil leagues....

You posted an article from 2 years ago when an opposing pitcher felt a way about him flipping a bat. The reality is that younger fans never had a problem with that shyt. Older fans have and they've been getting phased out. Some players still feel a way about that stuff, but for whatever reason they were raised to treat baseball as a sacred cow (and even that shyt is starting to fade). I know. I watched Joba Chamberlain fist pump just for getting out of an inning and people didn't know how to take it. That was 14 years ago. Fans couldn't handle how a 22 year old could act that hyped up over a strikeout. Now you see that shyt all the time.

The main issue with Baseball is the stigma of that good ole game shyt, rather than being in the 21st century. This alone turns off the younger demographic and doesn't help the sport to prosper. Which is such a shame because Baseball can be pretty lit when you actually have time to understand it.
