dont think you know your rights then... kid was underage drinking on public property. Cop could of arrested,detained and then searched him and found the gun either way and the kid would be sitting for a few years.

Answering questions is what allowed the cop to let him leave the property. The kid had multiple clear get away cards and chose to turn around and shoot for no real apparent reason.

Its ok to hate cops, I hate cops they also deserve a lot of blame for many things wrong in this country.

But this aint 1 of those times.

Damn young breh handled the situation so well at first, why the fukk did he mention some weed ?

Why the hell not keep running? Did the alcohol kick in when the lil nikka walked out? fukk man. Lil breh didn't look like a bad kid at all. That was the dumbest shyt ever.

The cop also handed everything very well outside of pressing him about the bag after he said he had some weed earlier but smoked it. No reason to press the situation. Weed is legal (somewhat) down there. Cop told the civilians to get outta there and didn't fire until they moved, he coulda been hit doing that shyt so that was dope to see.

The cop seemed reasonable but it's like he had that bytch made cop version on his shoulder talking to him. Notice, at first he wasn't even about to make young breh leave the mall. He told him just don't holla at young girls, continued the conversation, and a minute later decides to make him leave. Understandable, but unnecessary after you were cool wit it for a sec.

Then the cop damn near said bye to the nikka, then seconds later asked did he have anything on him. That was just unnecessary.

This situation was weird. But peep. Lil breh might have been an unstable serial killer or some shyt. Drinking in the mall, talking to really young girls, maybe he was looking for prey (recently seen a thread on a serial killer, overthinking).

Maybe the cop unnecessarily forced the situation, or maybe he saved some young chicks lives. Situation seems too fukkin weird. It's like the cop was meant to encounter that gun. He tried hard not to, then reconsidered.
