FACTS! I always be thinking the same mess in some of these crazy videos. Officers be shooting in public like they on a movie set shooting blanks indiscriminately. Knowing damn well they don't be at the range like that.

For real whenever there are officer involved shootings like this they usually find bullet holes in random cars, walls, etc.

Man my dad almost got killed as a little boy like this. Cops were chasing some dude, dude runs right past my dad and next thing dad knows, he actually feels the bullet whiz right by his head. A few more inches and it would have been a wrap.

These cops are some idiots, firing shots off in public. And in this scenario yes dude was letting off shots at them so they fired back. But a lot of the time, they shoot even when someone is running, and they don't have to shoot.
