i got the first three as blassics. when people's instinctive travels dropped in '90 i knew that they had done the impossible and topped both straight out the jungle and 3 feet high and rising. matter of fact add done by the forces of nature in there too because i actually think it's better than their first

i was blown away by the production value on that album and tip's rhyme style. "a chair is not a chair, a house is not a home..." footprints with the stevie wonder sample is off the meats b


i was reading an article about pharrell and his influences. and he sighted people's instinctive travels as the single most influential album to him as a producer. it taught him that there are unlimited possibilities when it comes sampling & he was also blown away by the sound quality
