A woman that rejected me 12 years ago seems to now be interested in dating me, is this something I should pursue?

I'd go. Coffee date, catch up, and another chance to show her she messed up. Be as courteous and charming as possible, say your goodbyes, and if she hits you up again tell her you would like to just be friends. She'll get the message.
BTW....coffee date. I assume these are white people and it's just another example that coffee dates are acceptable, so stop letting bloated loud mouth chicks on twitter convince you that women will not go on a coffee date. If she likes you (or if you're a white man) she will agree to it. I'm not saying never go to a nice restaurant, but for a quick get-to-know-you vibe a coffee meet up is perfect.
