Doesn't really matter what the speculation is, I stopped debating when I heard the man trying to keep her quiet as she was screaming for help. I don't give a fukk what happened before or after she told him stop, don't and cried help, that should have been it. Two weeks ago I was at the barbershop and this dude was laughing about the video and explaining how you could see her naked. I could tell my barber was disturbed but also trying to avoid arguing with a valued customer so he was engaged in the convo a bit. The guy who was laughing about it must have been in his early 40s. Likely has children, perhaps a daughter. Yet found that funny.

but that's what he was charged with. The legal system don't just throw charges like that and see if they stick. There's sexual assault and various degrees of sexual assault but sodomy (anal penetration) is a pretty specific charge. 
I'm not saying brehs fingernail scratched the inside of her booty hole or she needed stitches but of all the evidence and the rape kit from the hospital they decided to charge him with sodomy not sexual assault.They don't ask you "what do you think we should charge him with or give you multiple choice. They look at the evidence and choose which charges.
Once again sodomy is pretty specific, not a loose charge that they just toss around. Who knows maybe it's bullshyt and when challenged the evidence won't be there to support it and the judge will toss the case.

The police had to do some investigative work, more than just watch the videos to come up with a sodomy charge.
