I’m happy for his woman but she doesn’t seem to make the best decisions in life.

  • Had her daughter at 15.
  • Her daughter ended up being a single teenage mother too.
  • Still gambles despite winning.
  • Told her friend that she won despite being anonymous.
  • Posted a picture of herself (why?) after moving states.
  • Still gambles today.
Not hating but the best decision she made was through gambling, and that was pure luck. I hope she doesn’t end up in a 360 position again but 3 million is pretty easy to blow through.
Best decision she made was listening to her financial adviser.

Not sure why she went public with this article though.

Birds will be birds.

If she’s invested and secured like the article reads, plus seems to live modestly then she’s 100% set for life. Not generationally, but she’s set herself if her habits don’t change. $6mm should definitely last 40yrs.
bruh they said her family is set for life not just her. like her grandson like he don't have to do something. i know she is set. you telling me i didn't read then you say she got 6 million. she got $3 million and spent $400k on two houses then got an advisor. I read the shyt. I never said she did anything wrong

Doesnt it depend on the state someone wins the lottery in though when it comes to being taxed or how much the state takes of the cut? If im not mistaken, new york state or new jersey has something for that. You can win a million but youre not getting that if you win there

In that 6 months all it takes is one person to figure out you won now you and your family is at risk

You can wait that same 6 months out of state somewhere no one knows you, most people would have to dip into their winnings for that.

That's why your post doesn't make sense, that woman's friend immediately starting flapping her gums and she had family coming out of nowhere, who knows what happens if she didn't leave immediately.

And someone can wait six months and STILL fukk up the money once they start spending, your timeline is arbitrary.
That bozo you replied to is clueless

Her friend started it. Started telling people she won 30K then it went from there once family found out.

She was smart though she split before the wolves could get to her

My biggest thing is that you never know how fast rumors spread, hence why you got to keep the passport on deck. We are living in a country where folks are hurting. Even if you move to a different state, trouble follows.

But if you start over again in a different country, you can live with a peace of mind.

She did absolutely right on ALL ACCOUNTS. Smart woman and I wish her the best.

It still fukks me up the story of the young breh in his early 20’s who won like 150K and went back to his old hood and tried to be generous and buy toys for neighborhood kids and food for struggling families and muthafukkas burst into his house and murdered him IN FRONT of his kids.

Thats part of the reason why i’d do EXACTLY what this woman did, i’m leaving the state and more than likely the country. Buying my mother a house and car. Setting up a college fund for my daughter. Breaking off my siblings a ONE TIME payment and my two best friends a smaller ONE TIME payment and then i’m going ghost. Only way someone would be able to reach me is through email. And most of that shyt i’d send to spam.

It's funny when people say this. Like you legitimately starting a whole new life away from family and close friends?
