The first was in Seattle, on December 9, 2013, when on a live Raw segment to build up “the biggest match in WWE history,” between John Cena and Randy Orton to unify the WWE and world titles, they brought all the former holders of both titles that were still in the company into the ring. Bryan was meant to be nothing more than a background face in the crowd, but the crowd took over the show and made him the star, loudly chanting his name, to the point the planned segment couldn’t go on. It was only the quick thinking of John Cena, under pressure, that averted the segment from being a complete disaster.

The second was his being the star of WrestleMania 30, working the first match, and the main event, having two of the best matches in WrestleMania history, and ending up as WWE champion on a card that he was originally booked sixth from the top in. Except fans and fate had intervened.

This AUTOMATICALLY makes him more of a legend in the industry down the line than CM Punk, Blandy, Cena, and Michaels. Unheard of. No one has EVER heard anything like this in the business until these things happened. Vince forced to change his manipulated outcomes to befit the fans once and for all..none of the slick $hit..it just had to be done to save face.

They never forced the fans hand until Bryan. Never seen anything like it except maybe Rock in 99 when the fans made him the priority over Cripple H/Austin..they tried to put him in that tag team with Foley and fans made him the highest rated and by September, he was right back in the main event.

That's definitely not true. Eddie had the same reactions, so much so that he was forced to turn face and they put him over Brock. Literally the same thing as with Bryan. He was in a mostly comedy team as a heel, got so over with fans chanting for him even when he wasn't on screen that they had to turn him face, ended up headlining PPVs and being WWE Champion. Despite being "too small" and an "underdog".

Reading some of the slick hateful responses in this first page and second..it's clear that you did not think this guy was as big as he became. As if 2013 and 2014 was a utter alternate world:laugh: Like Bret Hart or Shawn or Taker had BIGGER reactions with crowds than we saw with that..you just don't get it. Hogan, Austin, and Rock have blown away those reactions but the other top names? No. They did not get to the point where crowds rebelled the company for them...not even your little homosexual crush Punk was that significant. They didn't start caring more about him in the aftermath until he quit because he was RIGHT THERE with the rest of them as they cheered for Bryan over everyone..they would of NEVER done that with PRIME Austin except when the Rock got too hot leading to Survivor Series 99 and they no sold during the build quite a few times.

Eddie was more PURELY loved and he didn't draw like Steve Austin but he could do no wrong and I don't give a fukk who you would of put against him in the ring in 2005, they would of chose Eddie over them. Too good, too special, and the gimmick was too entertaining.

Eddie wasn't "forced face". Back at Backlash 2003, during the Los Guerreros tag team, they cheered ultra hard for him and that trend continued until the official face turn. Eddie was hot by 2004 so it was only natural to give him the belt over the guy who was leaving the WWF for the NFL. Crowd didn't force that. It was planned because Lesnar quit. It shouldn't have taken that because Eddie, next to Savage, is about as good as any performer in the history of the WWF/WWE company. They should of known better.

Brock didn't drop the title because he was leaving, as contract negotiations didn't come to a standstill until after that match. He dropped the title because Eddie was so over they couldn't hold off from him being the champ any longer.

The fukk does "more purely loved" even mean?

Motherfukker made an old ass World Of Sports spot work in modern day WWE :wow: :wow: :wow:

Who else in the history of the biz incorporated so many different styles into his matches :jbhmm: And played so many different characters successfully :jbhmm: World champ heel/best in the world, shooter tweener, psychotic heel, comedic face, comedic heel, chickenshyt heel, sincere face, shoot style matwork, world of sport, puro strike exchanges/finishing runs, sports entertainment WWE style etc etc. I think he may well be the GOAT:dame:

If he ever got the chance to have that Hair/Mask match with Atlantis I have no doubt he would've pulled it off :mjcry:
