Lol it's way too late here to explain in detail. Its a simple answer really it's just easier life won't be as stressful Somali men have their shortcomings like all men do though. But I just can't see myself marrying outside my ethnicity even tho I'm attracted to other guys It will never happen.

The younger Somali men and women born in the 1990s and early 2000 probably haven't went to Africa, but a lot of Somalis know their first language.

No they won't disown me. if I bring someone other than a Somali he has to be Muslim that's their only request.

There's so many reasons why...personally for me I want my parents to be able to get along and be able to communicate with the in laws...me and my husband to share the same religion and hopefully one day go back to my country and raise our children there.
