they def seen to have wanted this picture of them making the arrest out for whatever reason, doesn't make sense he wasn't allowed to turn himself in. i'll be surprised if the charge isn't murder or conspiracy of murder.

I don't see how they can charge Hernandez with murder but not the other 2 people? We shall see though.
