Longtime Packers beat writer

Look at that dead money in 2024/2025 if/when he retires@portcityplaya @NOSaintsFan02 ya'll know all about these cap gymnastics with the last 4 years of Brees
He is on the tag, $20M cap figure right now. Need an extension to lower that cap hit by $10M or so for 2022.

What do you mean “you’ll take a second round pick”. Who’s even offering that for Jordan Love? They’d be lucky to get a 5th round pick for himIf I’m the Packers I’m seeing what I can get for Jordan Love, I’ll take a second round pick at this point.
ride the ARod train and run the division, get some playoff berths > become mediocre and fall off without him
Cap hit couldn't be as scary as it seems. NFL could hit a boom and the cap could go up tremendously

No, it's not. We get shytty late picks with no money to spend. As a Packers fan, im sick of these 11+ win seasons that lead to nowhere and we end up picking late first round and get some scrub ass nikka.
I rather start fresh and tank a few seasons and build a core. Can't fukking rely on one person to do everything like Seattle.
Mickey Loomis taking offense to this. Watch what he bout to do with the Watson deal![]()
We'll do that in 2025
