Miles - 23.49 (+6.64)
I pulled my calf muscle during my run, so I couldn't get my swings in. I also gained like 6 lbs because I was fukkin around with carbs all week :beli: I gain weight like a motherfukker, damn :no:

I've been sick the last couple of days, but I'll update in the next day or two. I will say all this endurance work isn't doing anything for my physique, so I'm going to have to start incorporating my regular HIIT into this routine, as well as my weight-training.

Sorry y'all, gonna have to throw this challenge in the bushes.:yeshrug: I have a weight goal to reach by next week and this workout is not helping me at all. At least I learned something, right lol :leostare:

yeah I learned too, that it is logistically impossible [not even physical pain etc] to run 100/mi a month if I have to work and want to enjoy my life
