I have found myself wandering target aimlessly on multiple occasions throughout my life
I kill time at Target all the time, might grab a frap from the Starbucks in there myself today lol

Going to target with the intention of buying pointless shyt sounds like a very expensive idea. It's hard enough not dropping a couple stacks when you go just intending to buy one or two necessities.

Dunno dunno... Target is warm bright and cheerful. Costco (cant front on them beef hotdogs) is cold sterile. The UK costcos are exactly the same though we don't have targets.
