I mean, if we're gonna go with your conspiracy it would probably make sense for them to agree with Floyd and rule out MX gloves entirely since that what's he was secretly scared to get hit with

What I'm saying is that on the 1 hand you have the CEO of a company stating that the gloves were exactly the same except for the color of the leather. And he said he's willing to prove it by cutting them open.
And on the other hand you have Floyd Mayweather claiming the gloves are different.
The commission ruled out the gloves but didn't offer to take up the CEO on his claims and cut the gloves open. They also (as best I can tell) provided no reason for ruling out the gloves.
So in my view, I think it's politics, paranoia and head games.
