what Solidified it was when the area to the left of the mother opened up and revealed her true intention. She sent us to our Doom and to birth the ultimate bad guy. They definitely told this story well, and used the roguelike mechanics in a unique way.

Finally unlocked Brom and I've been whooping shyt. And they gave my nikka the Aegis Reflector too
He may be the best implemented battle mage for a side scroller I've played. Son got so much sauce, my backup character is Karl with the shotty.

I feel like Cider is the best for combos but her Damage is so weak. However, I'm sure the more you unlock for her the better she'll become.

Also, that Bramble ritual is so damn broken, spawning those daggers with every basic combo is so cheap. Love that shyt

I didn't think I would like Brom I usually play typical sword+shield or brawlers but he's good!

enjoy his f,f+attack move launching you and the enemy up for easy air combos and his triangle is great for clashes

3rd time using him and almost had my first successful run the other day but fumbled at the finish line

It has Great potential to be a lot more if they decide to expand it.
9 out of 10.
Why not a Perfect score?
A couple of annoying bugs but nothing too bad.
Doesn't overstay it's welcome, but I do wish it was longer.
