JUST OVER 15% OF YOUTH WHO BECAME OF ELIGIBLE WORKING AGE AS OF 2009 ARE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED AS OF 2015:damn:

Granted this number is now closer to 50% as the class of 2012-2013 is becoming gainfully employed full-time the time delay here is causing massive problems with clear implications - Retail companies are going belly up not just due to online competition but a lot of Millennial spending habits are frugal based on their poor job outlook and wages.

The delay is causing a domino effect where younger grads are competing for fewer and fewer high wage high quality jobs combined with older grads who came before them who are underemployed and competing for the same jobs. They are spending 2 years as a Starbucks Barista and then finally getting Intern positions at prestigious firms, meanwhile the recent grads are boxed out because employers don't want to spend time training they prefer to get a slightly older Millennial that has some sort of "Work experience" and can avoid the Catch-22 of no job without some sort of experience.

They thought this was the Chipotle generation - They are wrong - This is the true McDonalds generation :beli:

The implications here are MONUMENTAL and will start showing as early as 2020-2025 with many big firms doing layoffs due to low sales volume because disposable income and workforce participation has dropped. Rough and tough times are coming ahead for Amerikkka and brehs best had learn Chinese and begin making arrangements for other opportunities elsewhere - A land with a demographic implosion issue such as Germany, Japan where there is lack of skilled IT labor might be a good bet.:patrice:
