Academic Black people walk a thin line when addressing with White supremacy

And all those things were initiated by the professors I listed with my help and the community groups...we are CREATING CHANGE and its LONG-LASTING CHANGE for our people in one of the worst parts of central Illinois...

I've been lucky enough to work with some fantastic black professors and professionals. Yeah, that tough work isn't going on tv and saying "Hey whitey,

One in particular had to start carrying a pistol because his life was threatened.
My group does little shyt, but we want it to be tangible. I'm organizing a program where we fix up old black folks homes that don't have the means to hire help. So we're gonna have some black college professors, administrators from the local school district, a federal DA, contractors, and others helping repair homes in black communities. Far from glamorous but it's work that we feel is important.
This is something I'll hold with the the rest of my life: we had a mayor tell us that downtown doesn't respect black people because we bark but we don't bite.
Breh what else is there to be said? Now I can be mad at this dude for thinking this or I can take that as insight into local, state, and national black affairs. Black academics with ph.Ds don't go around bragging for male attention whoring. They change the system often behind the scenes.
It's much easier to get on the internet and say "Fukk you cracka ass cracka and c00n fakkits!!!" online from the safety of your bedroom while doing nothing for the black community IRL.
Black people need a HOLISTIC approach for rising out of poverty as a permanent lower class. There are a lot of rich black athletes, actors and musicians but a lot of them fall for dumb nikka shyt. We have a ton of black celebs supporting Wake Up Now when that shyt is a scam to most reasonable white people and constantly getting in trouble with the law.
We need these for a holistic uprising.
Strong emphasis on education and intellectualism: Education without any sort of intellectual curiousity for rigorous scholastic inquiry will just make black people seem mentally shallow and academic light weights. Having a strong respect for education shouldn't be consideref acting white.
Scientific Literacy: There are some dumb white people but black people in general need to do a better job understanding science. There is a TON of pseudoscience in the black community along with religious fanaticism. There is nothing wrong with being religious but we shouldn't get suckered into BS religious groups who take advantage of our stupidity.
Financial Literacy: A lot of black families are not very financially literate enough and we don't understand personal finance. This makes us vulnerable to MLM scams and shytty business deals. When parents are willing to drop 200 to get their child some J's on their feet and a 50 dollar fitted but won't spring 30 bucks for SAT prep, that shows a huge lapse in financial judgement. When we drop 150 in the club and 50 on weed but we have trouble paying off our bills, it shows irresponsibilities and makes it seem like black people are too child like to be fiscally responsible.
Social traditions and family: This player youth culture is not sustainable to carry an entire group of black families. Not marrying your girlfriend, having unprotected sex out of wedlock and showing little respect for serious long term monogamous relationships like marriage makes black people look child like and undisciplined. White people do it too but this hook up baby mama culture is much more rampant in black communities. That shyt is NOT professional or balling. It's just ghetto white trash mentality catering to the lowest common denominator. Rampant hedonism without regards to healthy sexual self respect and self restraint makes others view you as irresponsible and animalistic. This is where all of these cuckold fetishes and interracial fantasies come from where black people are sex crazed animals too stupid and lowly to control their primitive urges. Our kids suffer because we don't give them TWO strong, supportive and competent parental figures and the single mom pathology never reinforces a healthy understanding of relationships.
Self Esteem: The reason why we have such a high rate of c00ning and self hate is because we never instill in our selves a sense of pride. Not the kind of stupid "I hate whitey" pride but "I am proud to be black and wouldn't trade it for the world!" pride. This is why we talk shyt about Africa, put down other black people constantly, we put in blue contacts, fetisize light skins, and practically trip over ourselves trying to date sub par looking white people. Normal white people laugh at us because we grab their trash while we are thinking they are a prize simply because they are white. We talk down on natural hair and worship Korean weaves. We trust everything white people tell us while being highly skeptical towards other blacks. We let our white friends tell "nikka" jokes and trash the black community in our faces. we enforce watermelon, sassy black mammy and fried chicken jokes as a buck dance to appease white consciousness because we lack self respect.
Health and Nutrition: 80% of black women are overweight and it's becoming rare to find black women in their 20's ,30's and 40's who aren't chubby or fat. A terrible diet along with a poor sense of nutrition and fitness leads to all sorts of health problems for both men and women. This makes us more prone to fad diet instead of basic scientific fundamentals of health. This raises the cost of our healthcare needlessly. This fat epidemic doesn't make our women appear attractive as they should be further enforcing the pedestal we place white women on since more of them are in shape.
Emotional immaturity: Black people and black men especially need to control their emotional maturity levels because some of the shyt that's out now is sad. A man that can't control his emotions looks weak. Kanye West is like 36 but still throws temper tantrums like a little 5 year old. I don't even blame Jay Z for cutting this nikka off. He should have got on his grown man shyt in his 20's. Even love and hip hop is full of over the hill hoodrats acting like they are still in high school. No one takes these people seriously.
Hypermasculine culture: There is nothing wrong with being a strong masculine male but throwing extras on that shyt to the point of rabid homophobia and being hyper aggressive makes you look like a roided up jackass. When your more concerned with kicking nikkas asses and trying to be gangata instead of cultivating a career and a healthy, mature self, you limit your opportunities in life. Don't be a passive bytch but use your masculinity to stand up for yourself and protecting your family, not to be a loud and obnoxious fakkit with psychological issues. This reinforces the stereotype of black people as savge and untamed brutes without two brain cells to rub together. Good for sports and physical labor but a poor investment for intellectual pursuits or contributions.
Self control with drugs and alcohol: I drink and I know a ton of white people that have tried marijuana. There is a difference between a white teen smoking weed to rebel and a grown ass 30 year old man who is a hardcore weedhead. Thst shyt is not only a huge waste of money but that is some dusty nikka shyt. Also going to the younger crowd dance club to get turned up when you should be frequenting bars more appropriate for your age monitoring your drinking shows a severe lack of maturity. Getting shyt faced like you did in college when you are in your 30s or going clubbing like you did at thst age makes you look desperate and pathetic. Drink at more mature bars, make sure your shyt is in order and never neglect your family. You can always buy wine, beer and spirits and drink at home.
This was long but Tariq hit a lot of this in various podcasts. Luckily all of this isn't overwhelming once you put it into practice. I've personally been doing this and it has improved the quality of my life tremendously.

These nikkas with PhDs in 2014, how come they so passive? How come they aren't supporting documentaries/movies/lectures addressing White supremacy period? They always come out in droves to debunk but for these nikkas that are so intelligent and academically accomplished they seem to be awful quiet about any element of White supremacy.
