The good life 😎
I'd say it was more....instinctual than 'intentional'. Either way she goof'd up.

But putting myself in her shoes, I don't think she planned on doing that at all. I don't even think she knew that she did it in the moment.

I think she was so locked in on winning the race that when someone, close enough to hit, passed her up she instinctually just started swinging as a reflex.
All of this makes it seem worse. It shows she has no self-control because other runners aren't doing the same thing. Calling it instinctual just puts her reaction on par with a wold animal and shows a complete lack of self-control where others have been able to show self-control. She is not the first runner to get jostled while running and she won't be the last but how many do you hear about taking a baton and beating someone in such fashion? That's a poor excuse.

In any case, as someone who actually ran track, when you're locked in, your brain is not turned off and you're actually quite cognizant about what you're doing. Especially in relay races, you're being mindful of where you are, what you are doing and all that since each kind of relay has it's own rules. You're not going to wallop someone in the head because you are fully aware that is a stupid thing to do. This was quite intentional, made worse by her weird explanations. We keep trying to make this thing seem less than what it actually is. I don't understand this way of thinking.

Maybe reflexive is a better word lol, and different people have different reflexes. Not excusing her or saying she shouldn't face consequences, but people comparing it to Tonya Harding are a little off base.

You def have to lack some self control to do what she did, but I don't think that was her game plan lol, not like she was gonna duff her out and then win a ribbon for it.

The 1st vid i definatly thought it was on purpose. This angle makes it even more conclusive

She earned that assault charge, fukk anyone who feels different. How would u feel witnessing someone doing this to your daughter or sister?

She even swore that if people go see it from a different angle she'd be exonerated :francis:

These kids man :snoop:

I would be mortified to admit it and not even sure the average person could catch the fact that it was reflexive, but that's what I feel happened.

If they gonna charge her with something knock it down to involentary bytch beating
its reflexive in the same way being extra aggressive and fouling the shyt out of someone that jst stole the ball from you in a pick up game is reflexive.
You probably wouldn't have done it if given a minute to think. But you still did it. intentionally in the passion of the moment,
If it wasn't for the fractured skull and a metal pipe being involved i would have said, just disqualifing her and maybe banning her is enough.
but when you have deadly weapons involved, the level of accountability has to be higher. I wouldn't let a cop slide for a reflexive action involving shooting someone he didn't have to shoot.

Reminds me of the girl who lied about being kidnapped. We bend the skies and reshape the earth for black women no matter how ludicrous the matter is, no matter how foolish it makes us looks collectively. At the end of the day, their narcissism won't even allow them to admit wrongdoing. Portsmouth NAACP should be ashamed of themselves for wasting their prestige on tomfoolery
