He does the same and has settled, just doing enough to get by. Last series his issues get brought up, he responds pointing out Traes poor shooting. In the past he brings up his PER.

Ben is a rugby player that plays basketball. He shoots with his off-hand and has no touch with his dominant. He can’t shoot, so he won’t shoot. He’s also a naturally passive/pass first player. He shouldn’t be a PG he should be a PF which is what he was at LSU and he had so many monster games.

It’s sad he took jumpers in SL but has pretty much refused since.


I really do like his fit on Portland and Minnesota as a PF.

Nahhhh I'm just being unbiased and not joining in with the masses of criticizing him for not doing the same thing y'all bytch and complain about Giannis actually doing. You can't sit here and criticize Giannis for actually trying to improve his game and get better as an offensive player, yet complain about Simmons doing the opposite.

You either want these dudes to actually be a big man (which y'all complain about Gobert doing) or you want them to extend there range and get some semblance of an offensive game.

People keep forgetting and overlooking that story about his family months ago. What if it effected his performance this season and has caused him long term issues that hasn't been addressed? I will always insist that it's something deeper than him being scared to shoot or having the yips.
