the line voltage that goes to your house is 115/120 V or 220 V but your phone charger has a little transformer in it that steps it down to something your phone can handleShyts 220 in Russia..![]()
America doesn't have 220v chargers you can drop a phone with a charger in it won't be enough to kill a person.
that shyt had way too much voltage.,.Heck some countries use 230v and 240v
I know Nigeria uses 240v
I’ve never seen a 220v phone charger. That’s the same type of power that’s needed for a clothes dryer. Somebody lying.

IM CONFUSED...
WHY IS THIS NEWS?
You can also tell who didn't pay attention in school. It's the current that kills you voltage doesn't matter. If you have 500V running 0.05 amps you won't die. Most chargers run anywhere from 0.5 to 2 amps of current which will kill you if it somehow manages to escape the insulating rubber of the wire. You can tell who doesn’t travel from this thread
I'm one of those dummies that showers with his phone and earphones in. I Know it's not plugged in but still
