Views is one thing but you got to look at the content. Youtube opened the Pandora's box when they started giving people money with no strict guidelines.

This shooter was anti-animal abuse and a vegan activist. Seems pretty benign to be demonetizing that content.

Wasn't directed at her just in general. But also we don't know if she was doing something that caused her to be demonetized or if YouTube just made a mistake and instead of making a complaint she shot them up.

Because it bred shytty content creators like those edgy pranksters, racist/sexist let's players, fake news reporters, etc.
Them being able to get "easy" money can make people wanna go to the extreme trying to copycat one of the guys that have become millionaires.
Getting paid from YouTube is a privilege not a right.
