But they keep raising tuition for what? Rigorous admission qualifications for what? Work hard for what? I've heard stories of people buying their degrees but wow. And this is just people we know about. There are probably way more who just haven't gotten caught yet. How did people expect us to compete when white people already have a leg up. Not only that, but they still paid their way in. Very disturbing.

The concept of rising tuition doesnt make sense at all. And thats without consent of the hard working parents themselves.

But these Wealthy people bribe colleges to allow their children in, when they not qualified. I'm telling you, this is only the beginning of a history-changing scandal.

I don't understand it. You pay all this money to sneak your unqualified privileged child into school to get into a field that is ultimately going to require some semblance of real talent to make a genuine career out of it.
All the bribery aside for a second, I can see this type of behavior to be considered negligence.
Why in the world aren't you preparing your child to deal with challenges on their own? Why aren't you pushing them to study, and become better at their craft?
I guess it's something you only understand when you come from money because to me (as a "broke" person compared to them) even if I had the money, I would still push my kids to go through the process, for their own pride, to build their character, and to sharpen their skills so that when they get the position they want, they know how to stay in that position and grow.
I just can't wrap my mind around paying bribe money for something like this, that's going to require real work after that bribe money is spent.

I'm seeing a few post mentioning rising tuition.
As far as that goes, college overall is a hustle/scam and the students are the ones getting played.
This idea that you HAVE to go in $50 - $200K+ in debt to land a $45 - $60K job is ridiculous, especially when their a TONS of fields you can get into at the ground level and work your way up the ladder over time and not have to deal with the debt. A LOT of jobs today also offer tuition assistance so at most, what I would recommend a to a person dead set on going to college is to get their associates, and then find a job that will pay for the rest of their school if they still want to pursue a higher degree.
Education should not be a freakin business, but it is, and our children suffer for it.
We wouldn't allow a child to take a $150K loan for a house which depending on your area could be a VERY wise financial investment with some real returns, but we'll give that same child a loan for the same amount for school. It should also be very telling to everyone, that you can't get student debt erased through bankruptcy. So it's should be obvious to everyone that America has not problem screwing over our children as long as it means they become financially enslaved to the system.
Me personally, I'm not forcing college on either of my children. If they want to go...cool.
The only thing I'm going to force/encourage them to do is to have a PLAN and pursue their PASSION.
I'd rather a kid be the best at what they love instead of mediocre at a job they only tolerate. Life is too short for that.
