I've later found out about that after we all start talking about it, you also don't get hit with the warning if you're using YouTube in private window/incognito.they might be using geo + account. if you are not logged in or not in a target location you are cool.

I have AdblockPlus and uBlock (Chrome).
Both stopped working one day after the other. I haven't seen YouTube ads on any desktop or laptop for like 15 years

doesn't have the same manifest v3 crap modifications that makes it weaker like in chrome. Firefox still supports blocking WebRequest in MV3
Firefox found a way to keep ad-blockers working with Manifest V3
It plays nice with uBlock Origin.

U didn't even need and adblocker for youtube though ublock works flawlessly there is another add on for it That nukes the ads and enhances the youtube experience, i said too much already

i just caved for now, i don't even have a problem with getting youtube premium, i had it before it has its value, but it's still annoying. pop up blockers aren't the reason their revenue is down.
month to month hopefully people come up with a good work around. i just don't feel like jumping from browser to browser at the moment.
one of the number 1 things i use youtube for is rain/waves crashing ASMR type videos for sleep, the fukk i look like wanting an advertisement in the middle of that?
