Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I don't see two bigs even non traditional winning in 2017. AD is athletic enough to play small ball but cousin and him? nah they'll get ran off the floor by title teams

Boogie will guard the 5, and Davis takes on the smaller PF.

I don't see how it's any different than any of the other frontcourt combos in the league, except for the fact both guys can hang 50 on you.

The Pelicans had a top 10 defense this season, the offense was a mess until they got Boogie. Give them a training camp and some better wing play and I think it works out great.

He bytched about the super teams. But really he was saying whaaaaa I want in on the action.

Plus that crying from him also stopped when the ratings were hot every year and the new bargaining agreement came in with profit sharing and bigger tv deals.

So lebron made a lot of the bitter owners and bitter players money when all was said and done with the whole going to miami.

That is what everyone is doing :mjlol:. People don't have an issue with "superteams" or predictability or even a lack of competitiveness, they have a problem with the fact that it's not their team or one of the approved teams running shyt. If it was Lakers/Knicks (or any of the other teams the league is "better when their are good" despite evidence to the contrary) this wouldn't be a daily source of bytching. That said, everybody that is bytching will be in front of their TV like  on June 1. The parallels between a lot of sports fans and women are staggering :russ:.

my issue investing 50-60% into your front court I don't think that's a winning solution right now

But but but parity
Bomani made a great point

These new rules actually ruined parity

Cleveland and SF are super powers because of getting lucky

Steph, Klay and Dray all emerged on value contracts and all they did was add one player to an already powerful team

CLE got the #1 pick three damn years in a row and if Dwyane Wade had better health, Bron might be in NY or LA this year

You gotta get lucky to get a ring, now

I think they can make it work, offense was not a problem for them, they didn't get in each others way. The problem was they got next to nothing from anyone outside of Jrue, which had been their problem all year.

You have always needed luck and parity has never been realistic. There is no rule that you can make that will create more transcendent players or make FOs any better at building around such players. When there was no cap or FA there was no parity. When you put the cap in there was no parity. When you brought max salaries in, still no parity. Same will be true with the supermax.

I wonder if the NBA would benefit from an AL/AFC NL/NFC time of realignnment.

I think it would be dope if Lakers and Clippers were in different conferences. Send Houston to the AL like the Texans are, etc. I feel like a lot of those crosstown games would mean a little more if they play twice a year (home and home).

:snoop:

Y'all nikkas aint tired of saying this shyt ?

The warriors are steamrolling through the west, but but but the east is pathetic. :skip:

Maybe..maybe y all need to accept that the cavs and warriors are above the rest ?

The Warriors are head and shoulders above the West.

The Cavs play in a weak ass conference.

Did the Warriors run through the West like this last year or the year before that? No.

The Cavs and the Heat have.

That's the difference.

Also, in what conference do the top 7 players in the league play in? Take time answering that.

I swear you nikkas are retarded. Critical thinking is at an absolute low in here.

In the history of the NBA the league has always been healthy with money and ratings flowing in when there was no parity.

shyt the ratings sucked in the mid 2000s with parity and the NBA ratings were so bad it had tap delays for the finals in the 70s when there was parity.

Some fans scream that parity shyt when they teams aint in the finals. But let the got damn hawks play the trailblazers in the finals and watch the ratings be a damn 2 with 3 million viewers.

Dog....you realize how silly you sound right now breh. If the Trailblazers and the Hawks became good, the ratings would be through the roof. If I transported you back to the year 2002 and had you tell everyone that in 15 years, the Golden State Warriors and the fukking Cleveland Cavaliers would be undefeated playoff teams and the best squads in the league, do you know how hard they would fukking laugh at you? Do you remember how trash the Cavs and the Warriors were? nikkas didn't even like playing with them in NBA Live they were so trash. Now, they're the greatest rivalry in sports. The same scenario could happen with other teams if they field great rosters and start winning.
