Honestly training is only part of the story.

Police departments hire a lot of people that are just psychologically unfit to be police in the first place. They need to be way more selective than they are about who's let on the force.


Years of training still wouldn't help if the person being trained is racist and/or is panicky and has a terrible temperament.

thing is, other countries have it where being a cop takes years of training....and guess what, they don't have REMOTELY the same kind of shyt happening compared to here.
