If you eat clean 90-95% of the time, one meal doesn't make or break you.

You look at these cats who are in the gym everyday, every other day that eat 3000-4000 calories, they can eat a value meal every day and still be on track.

I ain't had fast food since 1999. And I used to love McDonalds. I think I had one Subway sandwich around 2001, but that was my last fast food consumption. I'd just rather pay $15 for a good meal than $3 for some shyt that will test my kidneys/liver and have me shytting myself.
