I would not like that. But the question still stands why is anyone walking up and putting their hands on a person who isn't trespassing or being a threat? This is how the Trayvon Martin situation started. Trying to get physical with a person who was not threatening you.

2. I’m talking about LEGALITY. Where in either situation a death is ok/legal. I don’t think a death in either scenario should be LEGAL. You are saying a death in either scenario should be legal.
