But Unicorn but statistically in percentiles, yes it’s rare like less than 1/10 but you know what? You’re right. There are a plethora of metropolitans in the USA where over 25% of working adults pull in $90k before taxes. More than 50% of the working adults make $70k.

Other than maybe picking up one of the luxury cars I used to see in car magazines as a kid in 10 years I'm pretty much staying in my sweats/athleisure and letting my releases have asterisks. I myself am not flashy.
