Breh made a good point about the people that actually move to America (go thru the immigration process and even have the means to come and stay for good). They are likely the top performers from wherever they come from.

Here's what I say. Some Black people make better grades than others. Therefore they need to be leading the way for the ones that work better with their hands, or those who haven't found themselves yet and don't know what they do well.

Even look at First Gen vs Second & Third Gen immigrants. Make anybody an immigrant and most will work harder than in their home country.
