Indeed it is, but it is getting its wings primarily through social media as do a lot things. When we reference the ADOS founders we show Youtube vids mostly. Its not like reparations where the book by Randall Robinson kind of kicked things off or some scholar at a university or think tank came up with it. It is grassroots yet heavily influenced by social media.
