It;s not anti cash, and alot of people like you are thinking with their emotions instead of their head. I did say foreign currency as opposed to a weak dollar. But if you want cash that is less valuable than the cash I suggested then so be it, succumb to emotional thinking. I personally felt land, free services, gold and silver are much more valuable than printed cash. My suggestions were long term and generational, not short term, but again people look under rocks to be offended.

There isn't a State in the US that doesn't charge property tax. Most will simply sell it for cash as it will just a be tax burden for those not already financially secure. It's already been shown that property owned by Blacks is valuated less than property owned by Whites. It's simply not a better alternative to cash. Demanding foreign currency from the US government is little ridiculous.
I did explain if you go the foreign currency route, you would need ot partner with foreign descendents of slaves and approach the UN as a group. That may yeild some result as all colonizing countries would be brought under judgement.

With this attitude, you could very easily end up with a PhD working at Amazon. You have to realize a lot of cacs with vendettas will do everything in their powers to not hire Blacks out of spite. Without cash, there may not be any businesses to hire you. Same with cac banks, so a lot of good the 0% rate will do. They'll say you have no collateral.
