tell us how you envision this policy working in practice. :jbhmm:

Abolish porn and the porn industry in totality. Unless someone comes up with a valid reason why its neccessary(they wont). We can still have an archived website for old porn if neccessary. But you will need to pay and upload an ID. No difference than this being required to use some of these crypto sites. But no new porn will be allowed to be created unless its for home personal use.

Technology already exist to somewhat monitor your kids internet. But it needs to be more comprehensive. I dont think it allows you to see exactly what your kids have been viewing. And obviously kids know how to delete brower history on their phones like we did. So porn abolishment and upgraded tech for spying on your kids at all times. Personally i would even like to have access to the mic so we can hear what kids are doing and saying. Internet changed parenting, time to update with the times. If kids dont like it,dont have a phone which also solves the issue:respect:

Are you a fan of the NSA and Patriot Act? :jbhmm:

You can see what your kids have been doing on your home computer. Every website they visit, every cookie logged. Software and programs exist for this.

Abolishing porn is a hilariously unserious suggestion.

Parenting is parenting no matter what age we’re in. If you parent correctly, these aren’t things you have to worry about. Billions of teens have seen porn and are totally normal human beings. It’s literally impossible to stop kids from seeing everything you don’t want them to. Me giving the government my viewing habits won’t change that

Weren’t you a part of a whole cult? I don’t know if a lot of what you’re suggesting you actually believe

I didnt say it was difficult, but your using the same logic that people who cling to their guns use. Maybe the fact its so easy to get guns is why theres so many guns available for kids to gain access too. Point is we have a responsibility to do what we can to keep guns out of dangerous peoples hands,as well as kids. Have you ever heard of the word negligence? Your saying we should throw up our hands because kids will figure out a work around. So my analogy is perfect in my opinion. You would never say this about the info on your computer. You would want protections regardless of if hackers COULD find a workaround if they want to. Youve proven you value your "data" over the youth. Is it possible you have no children and thats why you think like this:respect:

You act like gun legislation has worked and actually accomplished anything. You need some form of ID in every state to buy a gun. How has that impacted gun violence and school shootings? It hasnt cause it doesnt work. The cats out the bag and guns are everywhere. Porn is also everywhere on the internet. There is no regulating it.

And porn is not like a gun that can kill someone. The analogy is silly. Yes its inappropriate for kids to watch but it doesn't physically harm them. That's what parenting is for.. not the government deciding whats appropriate for your kid to watch. Should national geographic showing indigenous tribes be regulated from kids? Should Sex ed and anatomy books that show nudity be regulated from kids? We all grew up watching porn behind our parents backs or sneaking a peak at playboy magazines as kids and we turned out fine.

The issue is the inevitable data hack that shows everyone’s real ID’s who signed up for these websites.

Your acting like gun legislation is anywhere near what it needs to be:gucci:

Sounds like your saying asking for an ID for porn is overkill, because we require ID for guns which are actually lethal killing machines. That sounds completely crazy to me. Is it possible that uploading an ID is "good enough" for porn. But the standard should be far greater when it comes to gun legislation? Ill acknowledge its possible i could be asking for too much when it comes to porn. But its clear just clicking on a "Yes im 18" button is negligent on behalf of these porn sites. I would also argue this idea we turned out fine. Are we still alive becauase porn isnt directly lethal? Sure.

If its something you would be ashamed if people found out you were watching, you probably had no business watching it. And it probably had no business being produced:respect:

dude you don't live in reality based on known history and known human behavior/desires. even if every government in the world agreed to abolish all commercial porn, ban data centers from knowingly hosting it even as private backup archives, you'd only end up with a blackmarket for porn and that wouldn't stop men or women from taking photos or recording videos to share with anyone.

crypto sites operate on a Know Your customer laws but individuals can still connect offline to exchange crypto for any service or currency without online middlemen. the darkweb literally operates with hundreds of millions of dollars in crypto transactions that don't require you know your customer.

as it stands today no government even in the most oppressive of countries can stop an individual from recording a pornographic act and sharing it online.

it seems to me you have no idea how technology works and essentially want to make a wish that alters the architecture of the internet and fundementally change the human psyche.

i suggest you do some research into internet censorship and how countries who have "banned" pornography are currently faring with their policy.

put a remote mic on kids electronic devices and you've put a target on those kids.

Do you honestly believe kids still use the family computer. Especially if they were going to watch porn in 2025:mjlol:? Not to mention it wouldnt tell who the culprit was, could even be the neighbor who used your wifi.

I wasnt apart of a cult,i was the follower of a cult and still am. Take some time to consider the difference. Then realize you are also apart of a cult(culture) called America aka Babylon. And the leader of the cult thought sex should be normalized. That we should view it the same way as seeing two deers mating. Meaning people having sex in their cars,or even outside should be normal among humans. And that kids and adults shouldnt be raised to be ashamed of sex and sexuality like they are now.

These views are far too extreme, and yalls views are far too laissez-faire for the society we live in#TheZoo.

Whats this we turned out fine nonsense? Oversexualized adults who one woman isnt nearly enough for. Porn addiction creating unnatural standards. Porn making men view women as sex holes rather than people. Creating unhealthy views of women, and a desire to degrade women. Women blowing out their vaginas like achilles at the tender age of 25 from over use of toys and unrealistic expectations. These issues are at all time highs, and theres a correlation imo:respect:

Fighting tooth & nail for that minor deviant market...:skip:
I think it’s mainly a privacy issue. Having to upload your drivers license/ID to every porn site could lead to leaks, stolen info/idenity etc. I agree with the spirit of the law…keeping underage from pornsites is a good thing. Just need it to be done safely
