Yep, within my neighborhood I've probably had about 10 different black neighbors who wanted to ball but couldn't keep up with the cost

and tell me why everyone in this area has either a benz or a cadillac :stopitslime:

Exactly.

Also, my parents finally moved out of Cedar Hill 3 years ago because the crime had gotten so bad. People houses in the neighborhood was being broken into all the time.

Yall nikkas kill me.

It didn't really start off a black neighborhood, white people left and the homes dropped in value. Suddenly blacks became able to purchase in that area.

I wouldn't live there, it's property value is dropping as they put more section 8 houses in the area.

I'd rather sleep in a box on 5th Avenue than have a nice home anywhere past Philadelphia...

I mean yeah the property value is gonna increase over the years, true, but why you wanna be around all cacs...

Most negative nikkas ever man I swear.

The former love of my life lived there waay back in the day (like Shake Them Haters Off way back). I lived in a shytty duplex but her family lived in a big ass house. First time I ever seen Black suburbs... and Black kids fronting like they hood. Little did I know I was witnessing the antidote to Black Excellence in the latter.
