to the video but it would be cool if wealthier blacks started focusing on buying and building in majority black cities/areas that have a lot of history within the culture and cheap property at the moment like philly, detroit, memphis, new orleans, etc. That way what happened in tulsa has a smaller chance of happening again since any other race who chose to go against us would be outnumbered on a local level at least.
It's already kind of happening in new orleans the business climate for entrepreneurship is good plus blacks there already have that entrepreneurial spirit ingrained in them. New Orleans is a cool spot for something like this you have all the black culture you want down there with large numbers of middle class blacks within the city and the suburbs. It's some brothas down there trying to build a little africa in the algiers section then you have the revitalization of Faubourg Treme happening which is the oldest black neighborhood in america. Congo Square always has some great cultural functions going on, the black culture is rich down there.
The downside can be the crime but from what I understand even that is improving, I've never been a victim of serious crime in the city and it's practically a second home to me. New Orleans' black community has a lot going for it that tap dancing culture doesn't seem to be as prevalent down there even amongst the professional blacks.
