Breh, I don't even acknowledged them anymore.

Thanks, its similar to the anecdotal evidence you're providing through your aunts trade fair. Not sure if that little bullsht save face shot was aimed at me, but that's never been me, check my posting history and you'd see that.

Even if your aunts does move alot of bleach units, she doesn't sell to the majority of Nigeria. On the other hand, my evidence is limited as well, I dont know the majority of Nigeria, so I cant objectivity speak on what the majority of Nigeria does. I'll just say that in my experience, as a man with a large Naijan family that goes back home fairly frequently, it has never been a majority issue.

Do you even know what the Lagos International trade fair is to be posting this shyt? : what:

It's the largest trade fair in West Africa.

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry

My aunt cakes on that bullshyt bleaching creams. You can't blame the BBC for Nigeria being the worlds latest importers of skin bleaching creams, can you? :rudy:

The shyt is embarrassing...

Yeah. She said it isn't a big deal and to leave it alone and let her be.

Thing is, most Nigerian women who do it aren't abusing it to the degree we see in those pics. But many use it like a regular lotion.

This is true. But I have known maybe one Nigerian person in my whole life that has ever bleached :yeshrug: I don't believe the statistics at all tbh, but that has never stopped anyone from believing whatever negative things are said about Black women, so it is what it is

SMH my sister used to use this crap when she was in HS. I too heard all of the dark jokes that you can think of, but it was never from another race just another black person. Never mad sense to me how someone black can call someone out for being black.

The Comfort Zone
This is an issue in SE Asia too. fukkin' imperialism :snoop:

Anyway, I've been in Nigeria several times and I've honestly only seen a handful of people use that shyt. That 77% statistic is bullshyt in my opinion, but I'm not gonna act like it isn't a problem.

Some Sierra Leoneans do it but make no mistake, they get clowned HEAVY. I've seen the shyt with my own eyes.
