Well, that is why Africom was formed right before Obama got elected in '08. These white folks are here trying to come together like the Decepticons. They are already planning ways to instigate and finance wars in Africa to slow down population growth, create more problems that they then can be "asked" to later control, and seize more resources. One of their greatest tools is the use of terrorism. I for one believe that Boko Haram is actually a creation by the West. I believe that they directly and indirectly influenced the movement of radical Islamic extremism into Nigeria as a way to create a "reason" for increasing their presence in Africa. They are creating the stage for African depopulation but it will backfire one way or another. The devil knows that his time is running out.
