This. Government contracting and government jobs. They must hire so many minorities and must dish out contracts to so many minorities.
Also folks must realize it ain't automation kicking folks asses. Thats a buzzword....it is outsourcing.

?This is real spit. There is a huge void in black male educators. So many schools especially in black areas can't even find enough black male teachers to fill the open positions they have.

they'll get an educated individual to do the maintenance. This thread is more so about the section of workers (customer service, janitors, etc) who will likely be out of jobs soon once automation takes over. Those jobs won't be completely gone, but they will definitely decrease in numbers by a lot.
