Gas - $100 (Hybrid)

Internet - $55 (AT&T)

Cell Phone - $50 (T-Mobile Unlimited Everything w/2gig 4G Cap)

Not sure what you spend on your dog, but learn to cook so that you and your dog can eat the same food. Its what I've been doing for the past 2+ years. Dog allergies are under control now and I actually save a bit this way. Dog is way healthier, but make sure you know what you are doing. Puppy can't be on that fried chicken diet.

Edit, just saw you had an American bulldog. Get a smaller dog.

Consider moving
Ditch the car and use public transportation
Stop drinking
2 Uber rides a day (1 before/after work)
Switch to LED bulbs
Adjust the temps in your place
Try to cut the phone bill
Drop cable TV if you still have it
Eat less

EDIT: OP has since laid out his budget, which comes right to it.

Instead of spending 200 on your food, spend 100-125. Cut them corners, and cook more. I know that when I cook, I generally cook in bulk so I'm set for at least 3-4 meals.
