After the 5x5 routine

What workout would you implement after doing this workout? I’m thinking full body routine 3-4 times a week? Any suggestions?

SL 5x5 is already a FB 3x a week (I used to run it four). “After” implies the program has run its course, so continuing to do the same style of training prolly isn’t optimal.

Check out either the GBR, Fierce 5, PHUL upper/lowers.

Strength? Hypertrophy? Lifting to aid a sport?

If you've done 5x5 till you pretty much can't go any further you should have a pretty solid base so I would start working more towards hypertrophy. Unless you just want to keep getting stronger than switch up to a different progression type of powerlifting program.

Upper lower split or push pull legs (hypertrophy)
