I don't know doggy if playing with your boys or playing where you want to play was most important why is LBJ asking for the most amount of money he can be paid under the CBA? That automatically limits his ability to play with his boys or wherever he might want to play. The point of this article is saying "fukk playing with your boys. fukk playing where you want to. Get your muthafukking money. These greedy owners are gonna keep taking from your portion of the pie. Why the fukk are you helping them? If you want to play with your boys for free go to the fukking rec center. This here NBA shyt is about getting paid. Stop fukking up everyone's money. Take as much money as possible. Be a greedy hassa." :stopitslime:

The time to be greedy is during negotiations when you allow more and more limitations (max salaries, luxury tax) to be instituted. Only thing limiting his ability to play with his boys is their willingness to accept their true worth. I must have missed when everybody and their mama stopped getting max contract offers. :heh: People talking bout giving Chris "5 rebounds, I don't have the energy to bang in the post" Bosh the max. Max contracts were instituted as a method of control. The only way to buck that is for players to take control and playing where you want with who you want is how you do that.

That's why Kobe did the right thing by taking that money:ufdup:

Carmelo and LeBron as well are doing the right thing......get your money brehs:blessed:

In no other sport is a star player told to take less money like the NBA GMs and NBA "fans" try and make these players do.

I seen that shyt when I was living back in Missouri with Albert Pujols. ALL the criticism was levied in his direction for him being selfish and taking the bigger contract offer with the Angels. So I started asking those people bytching why not the same uproar towards the owner for not being willing to match the contract, especially considering everyone knows Pujols was playing at a discount for his production for years before leaving. The most common answer was that was them being smart businessmen, yet somehow when a player does what's in his best interests and follows the money they are disloyal and selfish. It's a crazy ass double standard.

To play with quality talent, that what needs to happen. Gone are the days that KG get 100 milly and still is able to get another superstar and some quality support to play with
The owners shut all that down
These dudes wanted to win and be in the record books, so without taking paycuts, noway they would be able to play together
Those days never happened.

He would be stupid too. It was a horrible contract the Angels have him.
They have him a very reasonable offer and he had every right to decline.

Lebron should have a lot of the blame put on him for being so sensitive about what people think about him and taking far less than market value to go to Miami. He took less money to form a super team and only got 2 championships in 4 years with two other superstars. Smh and scust at this

There is no hate. There is no emotion involved. You are reading my post with anger as a heat/Lebron Stan. I am just stating the truth. :umad:

once you say "just" to a championship win, then it becomes irrational. Let alone more than one

It is all about options
If a player want his max deal, then he should go for it
If he sees not seeking the max as a long term win if the risk is rewarded, then he should go for it
Eitherway, the owners are still going to be greedy billionaires that will try to reduce the player's cut
