san diego's women and beaches aren't exclusive to SD residents though i'm in socal a lot my cousin is stationed in coronado

only thing exclusive to san diego residents is a lifetime of losing and feeling overshadowed by every city on the west coast

Atlanta, Miami, and DC have metro areas with 5m+ people. You're doing a disservice to your league leaving them out breh.
