Rich man cosplaying as a socialist

Better?

And idc if he's inching towards Black spaces...I'm not on some invite him to the cookout shyt...he just should not have gave AK attention

I don't find Hasan genuine but I fukk with his stream sometimes

Nah, he isn't cosplaying as a socialist, he has held these views for a long time. He just doesn't take philosophy seriously, so he is a bit all over the place, also doesn't read much, so there is a lot of expectation of someone with a platform like that and he doesn't take it serious in that regard so it's easy to trip him up on stuff. Dude just needs to adjust his language when approaching important topics and read more, it's the reason he ends up on the wrong side of some major issues but when it comes to handling people like Akademiks, Andrew Tate, and similarly leveled individuals, I would expect him to be just fine.

Socialism is an economic system. An economic system can only be implemented by the government. You can't "practice" socialism on an individual level while under a capitalistic government. You can advocate for Socialism like people like Fred Hampton did, but you still have to live under a capitalistic system or you die. Hasan makes his money in one of the least exploitative ways you can under capitalism. He just streams on Twitch, and you can choose to sub or not. :manny:

Socialism sounds good in theory but [white] Americans really are too stupid, hateful, selfish, and individualistic for it to happen in America.

It's crazy how much redpillers sound like white supremacists
That's where it originates from. The ***** boards, Chads, Staceys...the original is well documented. Some black men came along and attempted to put their spin on it but you can't erase the stench with a black face. Same way Kevin Samuels was just a repackaged Jordan Peterson for black audiences. It's all coming from the same cess pool of white male resentment and He-Man Woman Hater energy.

Eh, I think humans in general are too selfish for socialism to happen at all, and this goes beyond the basic Marxist assumption that humans are greedy by default by the system that encourages it. I think, we need to develop the people, which can be done significantly easier, than promoting a complete structure change. We can actually train/teach empathy, we can teach critical thinking, ethics, morality, logic, these things should see to a faster transition towards the tenets of socialism as opposed to the structure approach.

Consider, most philosophers support socialism, the next largest group only support a lean (17% lean, 12% accept) towards capitalism, even I would fall into the lean as a SocDem that is simply a SocDem for practicality.

If people have a better grasp of the things that serve as basic foundations for most philosophers, we should have a better outcome. And this can be influenced through public policy for education, youtube channels, book recommendations, etc., easy avenues for changing thought.

hasan isn't too deep on economics/philosophy discussion in the grand scheme of things but his content is entertaining enough and he avoids a lot of the 'soy boy' leftist stereotypes... I think it's a net benefit to the online discourse (I hate that word but w/e) when you have people like tim pool out there.

I want to say it's net benefit, I suppose it is, I just wish he would take philosophy more seriously, especially brushing up on econ and political history. The guy isn't dumb, imo, and I guess he is pressed for time given the stream hours, but you take the mantle, and you have to accept the responsibility. Something I'm sure he acknowledges.

Haven't watched his stream in a while, so not sure what he is up to right now, I last saw him having beyond goofy takes on the Russia/Ukraine situation at the start of the year. lol

I disagree, you are seeing trained people at all times, just under different tenets. You can track ethics, people are becoming more ethical over time in developed nations and developing nations. But regarding the changing of thought being a pipedream, think tanks deploying millions would say otherwise.
