Convicted felons can run for president too. You can even run for president from prison. The requirements for a presidential candidate are explicitly laid out in the constitution and they don't say anything about criminal record.

18 U.S. Code 2071, the law about removing/concealing confidential documents, technically says that anyone who does it is barred from office. So if Trump was convicted (not just indicted) of that one he might not be able to run for president. But they'd probably challenge it constitutionally, and the conservative Supreme Court (maybe even the whole court) would say the statute cannot be applied to presidents because it infringes on the Constitutional requirements and would need to be a full Constitutional amendment to change the qualifications.
