Whether he had a gun or not, if he wasnt popping at the cops they have no right to engage shooting at him, cause if they missed and hit people that's on them, there was a eerie similar case in ny just a few months ago where their was cops was shooting at a suspect and missed but he was unarmed and the cops blaimed HIM for the bullshyt...
