What's crazy is Akon could prob still drop bangers today if he wanted to.
Did you know he dropped 2 albums last year? I didn't. Good on him for doing so. But they didn't chart. They weren't bangers hit wise. Still he gets daps for doing that.

This move has NOTHING to do with his music career, making it even more powerful.
This move is strictly made as an effort to improve Africa.
Akon and others will be owners of an actual city.
This project obviously needs to be funded with 3rd party investors.
Asians currently massively investing in Africa (and the Caribbean) and getting ownership is where my concern and comment came from.
