Again, with all due respect I'm 22 and I have to crawl before I walk. You bring up a good point. I do have stashed money, but I don't invest in the stock market (reasons that it's a huge risk). However, my point is that we have to create a coalition of likeminded people. Sir, Oligarchy means an institution or organization controlled by a few. I'm an average guy who wants to make change. Like I said, we need to join together (general term) and fight for change. Look at the Cubans and other ethnic groups. We have to call out people that's exploiting our people. I respect that you own your own business. Never did I attack you. I just stayed with the issue of the discussion. These people are using us for their gain. That is true and I've personally been inside these inner cities. Trust me, it hurts to see low-income people of color live in those types of situations. Also, these landlords don't care because they are slumlords. They only fix the issue before the inspector or real leaders show up.
No malice at all and if you felt disrespected those were NOT my intentions.
No disrespect or hard feelings. I have tried to give u advice before. But here is the thing. Life moves fast, you gonna wake up and be 30 and realize you aint got shyt. You 22. By the time i was 22 i didn't have much. I did have a education, i did have a job, i did have a down woman by my side. You need build a foundation now so you wont be broke in your 30s. I did alot of foundation building in my early 20s and LISTENING to the OG's. I soaked up knowledge. I was humble and i didn't act like i knew it all. You want to make a change? Start with yourself. No change real change has came from yapping. I do things in my community that i wont brag on and list on here. I lead by example. But for me to lead i need to have walked the walk and talked the talk. Go out and get you something in life, and then your words carry weight. Without the resume they ring hollow you know?
And btw the way i know what a oligarchy is. My moms is a Ivy League educated English Professor.
