My point isn't that.....the NFL has a rule where there has to be a black candidate interviewed........I know these in the SEC won't let that fly.....Since I don't know, who was the last real black coaching candidate interviewed for a head coaching position in football for the SEC? Maybe Missouri will get it done after this year since they need a new coach next year.

Dino need to get that Virginia gig UVA been awful on offensive side of football since Thomas Jones left UVA when Welsh was still coaching. They need an offensive minded coach I think Babers would kill it with that VA/MD talent pool

Why is it that when a coordinator leaves for another school part of the staff leaves with him for the same job? For example this strenght and conditioning coach yall talking about, why would he leave Alabama for the same job at Georgia? Why wouldnt he just stay at Alabama since he is familiar with everything there already? Is leaving for Georgia his only shot at getting a pay raise?

Yea i don't want Dino to get "ruined" by getting a gig TOO big for him too soon. Get a place like UVA up and going consistently and THEN make the leap like 3-4 years from now. Heck he could make that program something and don't even have to leave

Depends on how you look at it. In this case a lot of it is their friendship. On the other hand, Saban ain't coaching forever, he might want a bump in pay and a little longevity.

They are still usually leaving because of the relationship, job title, $ and career advancement. Hell they may not like the HC they are working for.
