Not really, when you realize say certain cities in the midwest might have more murders in 6 months than our state has in a year.
The rate is bad, but it can paint a strange picture that doesn't hold to painting a realistic picture.

Kinda the good thing about it. Like if you literally stay away from the bad spots you are gucci. Like with Birmingham Three parts are like 95% of the cities murders.

I agree with this, but I think it's part of that southern mentality of having nothing to loose. Theres nothing more dangerous than a nikka that has nothing to loose. Nikkas like that are unpredictable. Up north, nikkas are more calculated, and think a bit more. If they want you, they gonna get you, they just gonna do it in a way that causes them the least heat/visibility possible. Nikkas down south just don't give a fukk.
