Bigger issue is a male student preying on female students and impregnating them one after the other..to hell with ignorant teacher gossip.

In some countries, when a female leaves school to attend to her pregnancy the male student who knocked her up is kicked out of school too. Why should he get an education while she gets none???

A lot of these folks are just immature. Roasting is apart of the culture growing up but you can extend that to your job

Teachers are humans too. It's natural to want to vent and talk shyt to take some of the stress out of the job or to laugh away the pain. Doesn't mean they are lesser teachers. To me as long as their thoughts aren't acted out in the classroom I see no problem with the teachers talking shyt to each other in the group chat. Calling em nikkas I ain't cool with obviously.

The one who let the student use her phone needs to be fired just for her stupidity.
