He pulled that trigger :unimpressed: but since he's Alec Baldwin the film crew is going to do everything they can (double standard) to relieve Alec of involvement and blame even though he deserves some of it.

If he didn't pull the trigger, they would've made that known the day of the incident and not nearly two months after multiple reports and released audio revealing the people on set saying Alec just shot and killed that cinematographer.

If Baldwin was Black :sas1: this whole situation would be playing out differently :sas2: but he's white so they gonna do the best they can to protect him.

dual responsibility, you don't point a gun at anything you don't intend on destroying least of all a actual firearm not a prop gun. they both are culpable,. alec knows correct hollywood protocol when it comes to weapons.
It's a movie set. You break pretty much every gun rule. This is retarded logic. And he isn't culpable. The armored and prop master handle the guns on set.

The one who should get the blame is the obvious inexperienced armorer chic who got the job through nepotism.. bytch loaded the gun, had live rounds on the set and handed the gun to an actor who don’t know shyt about guns and who didn’t know once handed the gun to make sure it’s safe and empty or got live rounds inside… Blame falls strictly on that armorer
The specific protocol doesnt have him doing anything to the gun. The prop master and armored are both supposed to check and he could watch then if he wanted to. They handed the gun to him supposedly "cold".

so what if he did he it wasn't intentional murder

he has to do this because of lawsuits and people always needing a villain

same with Travis Scott situation. he didn't kill anyone but the lawsuits need a villain

I vaguely remember the details of this.

Why does it matter if he pulled the trigger or not?

He’s an actor. He’s not the guy loading a prop gun. How is he responsible at all?

If he didn't pull that trigger then there are self firing guns and that should matter to all of us.
He’s an actor in a movie. Using a prop gun.

He’s supposed to pull the trigger, right? Because the movie would call for it.
Can someone explain how this death is his fault?

Unless he knew there was a live round in that gun that would kill her, I don’t understand.
